Barbara Kolsun 
Barbara Kolsun is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Seven For All Mankind LLC, the jeans and apparel company where she handles all legal matters including intellectual property, licensing and anticounterfeiting. Prior to Seven For All Mankind, she was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Kate Spade LLC, the world famous accessory design house; Assistant General Counsel at WestPoint Stevens Inc., the home textile company; and Assistant General Counsel of Calvin Klein Jeanswear Co. (“CKJ”). She practiced in the area of litigation for 12 years, specializing in intellectual property and anticounterfeiting since 1989, representing numerous intellectual property owners throughout the U.S. She clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit from 1982-1984 and taught at Fordham Law School from 1985-1988. She was Chairman of the Board of the International Anticounterfeiting Coalition (“IACC”) and a Board member for many years. She has spoken widely on the topic of counterfeiting and trademark infringement in the U.S., Asia and Europe and on all major television networks in the U.S. She is a 1971 graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1982. From 1970-1979, she was a professional actress and singer.
