Purchase this Webinar On Demand Order a CD

Don’t miss this PR News webinar that will show you how to leverage your brand at live events—both at trade shows hosted by third parties and at events created by your own brand. This webinar will also show how you can share in the media attention surrounding trade shows that your brand does not attend.

Nothing will ever replace the power and impact of live events—and this webinar will be focused squarely on showing you how to make the most of live events from a PR standpoint. You'll learn how to put your media relations and social media skills to work to maximize the impact of your brand's participation (or even non-physical participation) in big trade shows and the impact of your brand's own live events.
Register now for PR News’ Event PR webinar and learn what communications leaders are doing now to become strategic partners in the choosing of live events to participate in; help create an interactive event experience; extend the event beyond its live component with social media and video; communicate the value internally of your brand’s participation in live events; measure the effectiveness of PR’s role in live events; and more.

How Does the Webinar Work?

The live audio is delivered to your location over the telephone or your computer speakers. The Power-Point presentations are presented over the Internet and are available to print out before the program. This is like a talk-radio program with visuals on the Web. You and your team will be able to have a live Q&A with all the speakers.

You need Real Player 10, Adobe Flash Player 9 or Windows Media Player 9 installed on your computer. If you do not have either, please follow the instructions below to download and install them. Or if you prefer, a phone for the audio and an Internet connection to let you watch the slides and other information on the Web will suffice. No other downloads or special hardware - a dial-up connection will work fine.

  • One (1) set of materials (you may make copies for all of the persons you invited to listen to the program);
  • One (1) toll-free connection to the seminar (if you select the audio connection.), and
  • One (1) Internet connection to the seminar.
