PRSA and IABC are joining forces to produce an extensive compensation study for the year 2000. Both organizations have previously churned out separate benchmarking reports every two to three years.
To broaden the perspective, the sponsoring organizations are inviting other associations worldwide to distribute the survey to their members. The report is expected to highlight both internal and external PR roles, and may also delve into issues relating to information technology and strategic influence. Results are expected in early 2000.
