Sink To Helm of Wichita Firm
Vaughn Sink, president of ad/PR agency Sullivan Higdon Sink, will
become chairman and CEO of the firm. The move comes as a result of
the decision by agency founder Al Higdon, chairman and co-CEO, to
retire at the end of this year.
Sink joined the firm in 1972, shortly after its founding. (Sullivan

Wade Heads C&W/Washington
Terry Wade, formerly a managing director at Burson-Marsteller,
Washington, D.C., has moved to Burson sister company Cohn & Wolfe,
Atlanta/New York, as CEO of its Washington office. Ron Mueller,
executive vice president, who had been headed the office when Cohn &

Finlayson Is Prez of Kamstra
Kamstra Communications Inc., a St. Paul, Minn., marcom agency, last
month appointed Donald Finlayson as its new president. Finlayson, a
14-year employee, was executive vice president.
Former president Dean Buresh moved to Gage Marketing, Minneapolis, as
vice president/general manager. Kamsta also promoted Jack Stanton,

Kennedy Heads MWW Office
MWW/Strategic Communications Inc., hired Elaine Kennedy as director of
the firm's Trnton, N.J., office.
